About Us

Logical Expressions, Inc. is a book and software publishing company that is based in Sandpoint, Idaho. Since 1994, we have been offering tools and services to businesses to help them with their print and online publishing projects.

Why IdeaWeaver?

Here at Logical Expressions, we write a LOT of content. Because we publish books and write articles for our content sites(see below), almost every day, we're writing something.

IdeaWeaver came about because of our frustration using Word's outline function. It's okay, but if you have a lot of background or reference material, it becomes incredibly cumbersome to use.

One day we were out eating lunch with another writer friend and we all started talking about how when we were in college, we'd sit on the floor organizing endless piles of notes to write our papers.

We aren't alone. A s it says on this page, many writers end up sitting on the floor stacking papers. Because we have a lot of animals, our floor is covered with dog hair (and often the dogs themselves), so it's good to have our writing off the floor and on the computer!
