IdeaWeaver Runs on Windows Computers

IdeaWeaver uses Micosoft's .NET 2.0 Framework. Many Windows XP and Windows 2003 computers already have this software loaded. If your computer does not already have the Framework, the setup program will automatically download it from Microsoft's web site and install it on your computer for you.

IdeaWeaver's minimum system requirements

• Pentium class machine
• Windows 98/ME/XP/2000/2003
• 128MB RAM
• 4MB hard disk space (just for the software; you'll need more as you enter data into your database)
• .NET 2.0 Framework

NOTE: IdeaWeaver is a stand-alone WINDOWS desktop software program and you don't need an Internet connection to use it. IdeaWeaver does not run natively on Macintoshes, so Mac users must have a Windows emulator to use it. (We have no plans to release a Macintosh version.)

Attention dial-up users

If you have a dial-up connection, it can take quite a while to download the .NET Framework, which is about 23 MB in size. If you prefer, you can click here to purchase the IdeaWeaver trial software on CDROM for a small charge.

Do you already have the framework?

You can tell if you already have the .NET 2.0 Framework by looking in your Windows folder. In the Microsoft .NET folder, you should see a subfolder called Framework with another folder in it that says 2.xxx. For example, the path would be something like:
